Do you really? I've just been doing this this week, where I've really got to give myself upped up daily deadlines in order to finish by Friday. I usually just write when I write and don't even look at word count: page numbers tend to be more important to me.

I update and keep track of my word count daily. It's a great thing to do!

ReplyDeleteI do. Not in an excel spreadsheet, but each day I work on a file, I save it under that date and it has the word count.
