Here are a couple you could try:
AreYouAHuman
visualCAPTCHA
Dice Captcha
sweet CAPTCHA

Hope this helps!Deborah Julenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16430027399250373507noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164206822403278866.post-57725138548563857872012-12-27T03:03:09.725-05:002012-12-27T03:03:09.725-05:00Boo, spammers! It hardly requires any time to sign in and you don't have to go through obnoxious captchas. I think B.E. Sanderson said it best. Most people have at least one account to sign in these days for comments and whatnot.Mary Hhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07068032118168881784noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164206822403278866.post-15362162384307895462012-12-26T17:13:09.663-05:002012-12-26T17:13:09.663-05:00@BarmeyBex--I thought of that, but given my travel...@BarmeyBex--I thought of that, but given my travel situation, which often leaves me without internet, I don't really think that's going to be viable for me. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11431700962951592287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164206822403278866.post-82352847551233557642012-12-26T16:09:58.337-05:002012-12-26T16:09:58.337-05:00I don't know what has been up with Anonymous a...I don't know what has been up with Anonymous and friends, but it's like they've multiplied like back-alley rats or something. The thing is, sadly, I have a hard time taking any comment from Anonymous seriously so I know I won't want to click anything left by them, even if it turns out to be legit.Angela Brownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03324366495151363782noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164206822403278866.post-74509164991936375582012-12-26T15:56:49.623-05:002012-12-26T15:56:49.623-05:00I hate Captcha and tend not to comment as much if ...I hate Captcha and tend not to comment as much if I have to go through it.

I use comment moderation on my blog. All comments go to my dashboard where I can accept or delete them. Doesn't take long to OK them. So is that an option for you? As far as I've found with it, it means that anonymous comments can still be left but you can check the content first.barmybexhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17675796776481696322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164206822403278866.post-42896546298933582692012-12-26T14:00:46.844-05:002012-12-26T14:00:46.844-05:00I am not alone in saying that captcha really sucks...I am not alone in saying that captcha really sucks, and I have stopped commenting on blogs that use it.

An alternate proposal is to switch to WordPress, where the Akismet anti-spam software makes this all moot. You don't get spam, and the instance of false-positives for legit comments is like 1 in several thousand.Lucas Darrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01405530729663443670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7164206822403278866.post-24110015792619105322012-12-26T13:23:09.059-05:002012-12-26T13:23:09.059-05:00I took away the captcha code and got spammed to de...I took away the captcha code and got spammed to death. I don't know if it's my bad eyes or a combo of that and the fact they're typed so poorly to see. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
